I have never worked with someone that works as hard as Doug. One a late Saturday evening my wife and I called Doug and asked him to help sell our house. As soon as we got off the phone with Doug he went right to the office and started working to sell our house. That very next morning he handed us a professionally made packet showing what homes in our area sold for so we could price our house with confidence. He then continued to assist in staging and getting our house ready to sell. There was many times that he worked though out the day and into nights to make a sale happen. Doug is willing to roll up his sleeves and go above and beyond his scope/roll to sell you house. This was my first time buying a house so I was nervous, cautious and overwhelmed entering into the decision of buying a house. I did not know what to expect. Doug made my buying my first house a very pleasant experience. From day one he was very patient, helpful and easy to talk to. He listened to what I was looking for and gave helpful suggestions that really took the edge off. I happened to be out of town when the house funded and Doug took care of everything. He made the final walkthrough and was on the phone with me telling me everything. I had to get the utilities turned on and they needed somebody at the house to do it. You know these people give you a five hour window of when they might show up and I was in California. Doug told me "No worries brother I will take care of it." On his own time he went out of his way after his "job" was done, went above and beyond to take care of me! Unbelievable. I can't thank him enough for providing such a great experience in buying my first house. I will never use or recommend anybody else! Doug you are Awesome!! Thank you
